How do I know which size to choose for my pup?
We provide a detailed Size Guide on each product page. We recommend measuring your dog's neck and chest circumference with a soft tape measure, allowing a two-finger gap for comfort, to ensure the perfect fit.
What is your shipping policy and how long will delivery take?
We offer worldwide shipping from our UK warehouse. Domestic UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return or exchange an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please visit our Returns Portal to start your request.
Are Cocopup products machine washable?
To keep your accessories looking their best, we recommend hand washing in warm soapy water and laying flat to dry. For some harnesses, a cool machine wash on a delicate cycle is possible, but please avoid the tumble dryer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Clearpay.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We take pride in our quality. All Cocopup products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note this does not cover general wear and tear or damage caused by chewing.
